Founded in 2022 by a family with deep roots in Mexican gastronomy, La Morra Gourmet has been a symbol of authentic Mexican flavors in Miami. Our chef uses recipes passed down through generations, combined with modern techniques, to create memorable culinary experiences that honor the richness of Mexican cuisine.

I’m a proud Mexican living in Miami. Like many others, I grew tired of long work hours and decided to start my own business—one that invites people to taste the rich flavors of Mexican cuisine, especially through my line of salsas.
It’s my way of honoring the country that raised me, and thanks to God, I now have the chance to share a little piece of it through my recipes.
I’m deeply grateful to the beautiful family that supports every one of my projects, to my friends, relatives, and everyone who helps me reach my goals—and above all, to God, who makes it all possible. Thank you.

OUR STORY
In 2022, we began as Claudia’s Catering, bringing the authentic flavors of Mexico to our customers’ homes and celebrations.
We then began crafting our salsas, bottling them by hand, and sharing them at public events throughout Miami.
In 2023, we opened our very first restaurant in Miami
